  comment is added I get 4 emails with the exact same
  comment. Is there a way you can remove me from that service?

  post title? I ain't suggesting your information is not solid, but what if you added something
  that makes people want more? I mean Heading 18 is a little plain. You might look at Yahoo's home page and see how they create article headlines to grab viewers to open the links.
  
  You might add a video or a pic or two to get people interested about
  everything've written. In my opinion, it would bring your blog a little bit more interesting.
