  Today, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She placed the shell to her ear and screamed.
  
  There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
  She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off topic but I had to tell someone!

  First off I want to say fantastic blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you do not mind.
  I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts before writing.
  I have had a difficult time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out.
  I truly do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or hints?
