  I was curious if you ever considered changing the page layout of your
  site? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say.
  But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better.
  Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or two pictures.

  First off I want to say fantastic blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you do not mind.
  I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts before writing.
  I have had a difficult time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out.

  When I initially left a comment I seem to have clicked the -Notify
  me when new comments are added- checkbox and
  from now on whenever a comment is added I get 4 emails with the same
  comment. There has to be an easy method you are able to remove me from that service?
